**Please note: Western Summer Accommodations are only available to staff, faculty and students of the University and affiliated colleges unless referred by a member of the Western community. Western contacts will book space for their referred guests and payment will be collected when they check in.

Make a Reservation

Welcome to our online reservation request form. You will receive a confirmation email once your reservation request has been received.

If you are a student currently living in Residence, you may arrange to move into Western Summer Accommodations on the residence closure date. You must submit an Extended Stay request through your MyHousing portal after completing this reservation form. In the comments of this form, include which residence building you currently live in. Please contact us directly at stayatwestern@uwo.ca if you have any questions.
